2. In the cause title, the name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Annamalai" instead of "Annammal" and the same shall be rectified.

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 09.12.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the parties.
