This application has been filed seeking to restore the O.P., which was dismissed for default on 03.06.2025 on the ground that the applicant did not take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that an application has already been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent and that once this application is allowed, the registry will number the said application.

vga 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for restoration of the O.P., which was dismissed for default on 03.06.2025. The applicant has already taken steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to number the application filed by the applicant seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent if it is available and if it is otherwise in order.

List the O.P. on 13.08.2025.
