This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 17.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.1959 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Judge for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
