This Petition has been filed to bring Govindammal, Dhanalakshmi, Monomani, Mageshwari, Minor Rithwik and Minor Subreth on record the legal heirs of deceased S.C.Muthusamy Mudaliar 17th respondent as respondents 27 to 32 in S.A.No.1048 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
