The proceedings seems to be in advanced stage. There has been a change in counsel. Hence, the petitioner requests that sufficient time may be granted to the new counsel to get acquainted with the matter and to proceed further.

2. The respondent / party-in-person also agrees for the extension of time. His grievance seems to be that he is not in a position to see his child, as she has been kept away from him, for years on end. When this was pointed out to Mr.Jagajeevan, he would state that the father can visit the child at Rathnagiri Temple, Vellore or such other convenient place, as it would be informed by the petitioner / wife before the Family Court, Vellore on 1/4

13.09.2024. This allays the fear of the party-in-person that GWOP would be disposed of without giving him an opportunity to see the child at all.

3. Therefore, the time granted by this Court on 28.06.2024 is extended by a further period of 3 months. Pending the proceedings, the learned Judge is requested to ensure arrangements, by which father will be in a position to see the child and interact with her, during the weekends, including arrangements by which the father can without the presence of the wife see the child. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.

4. At this stage, Mr.Jagajeevan would draw my notice that the arrears of Rs.90,000/- has not been cleared. The party in person submitted that the arrears will be cleared on or before 20.09.2024. 11.09.2024 2/4
