The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14923/2024 vide order dated 26.06.2024 ie., that the petitioner shall report before respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail and the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
