The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15752 of 2024 by order dated 15.07.2024 on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every alternative day at 10.30 am for a period of two months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
