The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent police monthly twice ie., 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 am until further order imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7281 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6926 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
