ORDER

This Court on 03.01.2017 in W.P.No.7 of 2017 has passed the following order:- "Learned Additional Government Pleader states that since notices have been served under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, action in pursuance thereto in accordance with law will be taken and concluded within a maximum period of three (3) months from today.

2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the third and fourth respondents will remain bound by the same.

3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs."

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 03.01.2017 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that the encroachments have been removed by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub-application is also closed.
