The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police monthly once on the monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4209 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.86 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
