Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/3

2. The petitioner seeks a direction of early disposal of H.M.O.P.No. 353 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Ponneri.

3. It is seen from the 'B' diary extract that the Original Petition is part heard and it is posted for cross examination of PW-1.

4. Considering the same and the fact that the Original Petition is nearly atleast 4 years old, the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Ponneri, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 353 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
