This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17734 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e on first date of every calendar month for three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
