ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the W.M.P for restoration in Rev.A.No.264 of 2022.

2. This Court finds no reason to satisfy the delay of 108 days in filing the restoration of review application in Rev.A.No.264 of 2022. That part, the Rev.A.No.264 of 2022 in W.P.No.138235 of 2021 was withdrawn by the ptitioner himself on 02.03.2023, now, the petitioner wants to restore the review petition instead of filing the fresh review petition.

3. According this petition is dismissed.
