ORDER
This Civil Revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Sub-Court, Alandur to dispose of the suit for ejectment filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.66 of 2021 within a stipulated time. 1/4

Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision petition even without notice to the respondents.

The extract of A diary filed in the typed set of papers and the ECourts entry furnished by the petitioner would that suggest initially the petitioner filed a suit for ejectment before the Sub-Court, Tambaram in O.S.No.165 of 2019 and the same was transferred to Sub Court Alandur after bifurcation of the Courts and renumbered as O.S.No.66 of 2021. The contesting respondent filed his written statement as early as 08.01.2020 and thereafter, there is no much progress in the suit. It appears that the matter has been referred to Lok Adalat as early as Febraury 2022 but there is no settlement reached between the parties so far. 4.
In view of the fact that the pleadings in the suit was completed as early as September 2021, this Court inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of four months from the 2/4
date of receipt of copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
