The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 until further orders as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.5248/2024, dated 21.03.2024, on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation.
