No.6203/Leprosy/2013 dated 20.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to provide Non Medical Supervisor Training to the petitioner as per orders of the second respondent issued in proceedings Ref.No.6203/Leprosy/2013 dated 10.04.2013 and to promote the petitioner to the post of Non Medical Supervisor in the Tamil Nadu Public Health Subordinate Services based on his seniority.
