As directed by this Court, the applicant/petitioner has complied with the conditional order dated 01.09.2023. A memo of compliance of the order dated 01.09.2023 has also been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner enclosing the demand draft favouring the Registrar General of this Court for a sum of Rs.38,59,483.50. 2.The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.In view of the compliance of the conditional order, the interim stay granted by this Court is made absolute.

4.Both the parties are directed to file their brief notes of submissions along with the authorities they rely upon before the next hearing date. Post the matter on 10.10.2023.
