ORDER

A perusal of the records available before this Court would indicate that the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2015 seeking issuance of patta in his name has already been rejected by the respondent by a letter dated 06.01.2015. Without challenging the order of rejection, the petitioner has filed this writ petition only for a mandamus.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.01.2015 before the authority concerned in the manner known to law. No costs.
