ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 26.08.2022, thereby transferring the petitioner from Chennai to R.Venkatapuram, Vellore District.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the interim order passed by this Court and also the contempt petition filed by the petitioner, now the petitioner has been transferred and posted at Chevvapet, Thiruvallur District, as B.T. Assistant (Tamil). Accordingly, the petitioner joined and he is working in the Government Adi Dravidar Boys Higher Secondary School, Chevvapet, Thiruvallur District.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands Closed. In respect of arrears of salary if any, the petitioner is at liberty to submit representation and the same may be considered in accordance in law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
