This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioners/Claimants praying to condone the delay of 725 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Mr.S.S.Santhoshkumar, learned counsel appeared on behalf of Respondent Transport Corporation submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that after the numbering of this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if this Court enhances the compensation which was awarded by the Tribunal, Petitioners/Claimants will not be entitled to get any interest for the default period.
