ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the Cr.No.2072 of 2017, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, S-10 Pallikaranai Police Station, Pallikaranai, Chennai.

2. It is seen from the records that there is a case and a counter case being investigated by the very same respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police have already completed the investigation and they are in the final stage in filing a Final Report before the concerned Court. This Court does not want to interfere at this stage.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed with the direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Cr.No.2072 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
