ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the order of this court has been complied with. The representation of the petitioner is considered and the encroachment has been removed on 19.09.2023. It is further submitted that the 24 feet public road leading to plot nos.14, 33 and 34 is free from any encroachment.

3. In view of the said compliance report filed by the third respondent, the contempt stands purged, accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
