This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner has to report before the Respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9755 of 2023 by order dated 17.05.2023 on the file of this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9755 of 2023 by order dated 17.05.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
