This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the CBCID North Head Quarters, Guindy, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
