ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the Vinayagar Idol dated: 02.09.2019 to 04.09.2019 in Balamurugan Stret, Vyasarpadi, Chennai relating to Vinayagar Chathurthi based on petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with the copy of this order to the respondent police and the petitioner shall comply with the condition imposed by the respondent police. The respondent police is directed to permit the petitioner to erect a temporary Vinayagar Idol at the same junction. It is left open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police to impose reasonable conditions and the same shall be complied by the petitioner.
