This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.15529 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023, in (c) (i) 1st accused/petitioner in Crl.O.P.No15529 of 2023 should stay in Chennai and appear before the Chetpet Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
