The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Report stating that the vehicle was repossesed and handed over to the applicant. Further, he seeks additional remuneration of a sum of Rs.30,000/-.

2. The Report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Post the matter on 28.10.2024 for reporting compliance.
