O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for 1st respondent submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.198 of 2016, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dharmapuri taken on file as P.R.C.No.26 of 2016. After committal the same was taken on file by the Sessions Court as S.C.No. 51 of 2018. After ful-fledged trial, the learned Judge, acquitted the petitioner from the case by judgment dated 26.11.2018.

3. Recording the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
