This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the C.C.No.4897 of 2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB & CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai instead of C.C.No.3556 of 2020 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB & CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.25101 of 2021 and in Crl.M.P.No.13829 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.13830 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
