When the matters came up for hearing on 30.08.2019, it was informed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the name of the Petitioners were not found in the year 2018 list and he had made endorsement to that effect and accordingly, order was dictated allowing the Writ Petitions in terms of the earlier order in a batch of cases claiming similar relief. However, on verification, before signing that order, it has been noticed that the name of the Petitioners are also found in the list for the year 2018 and as such, the order passed on 30.08.2019 is re-called. 2.
