ORDER

The petitioner, being a lady, approached this Court seeking for a direction for not to be harassed by the respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined a scheme in Sri Balakumaran Real Estate Agencies promoted by one M.Lakshmanan. As per the scheme, the petitioner has to pay Rs.6,000/- per month for a period of 50 months for 600 sq.ft. plot. The petitioner had so far paid for six months and thereafter, the real estate firm did not continue with the Scheme. This being so, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and harassed as though she had canvassed for Sri Balakumaran Real Estate Agencies. In fact, the petitioner is a victim in this case. 3.Heard Mr.V.T.Narendiran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as on date, there 2/4

is no complaint or any petition pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
