This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2114 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 2114 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel.
