O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the minor detenue, has come up with this petition, seeking production of the detenue. 2.

The minor detenue is said to have eloped with the 2nd Respondent, against whom, a case has been registered. Pursuant to the same, he was arrested and is now kept in judicial custody.

The minor detenue has been sent to Medical examination, subsequent to the orders of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. However, we direct the 1st Respondent/Police to complete the formalities by producing the detenue before the jurisdictional Magistrate, after completion of medical examination.

The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
