ORDER

The petitioner purchased a land in Survey No.196/10, New S.No.196/10B, measuring an extent of Acre 0.19 cents situated at Cheyyur Taluk, Kodur Village by way of a registered sale deed. The patta has also been transferred in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 6.10.2015, before the respondent requesting him to survey the land. Despite several request, the respondent did not consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 and to pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
