N. SESHASAYEE, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint given by the de-facto complainant was assigned CSR.No. 46 of 2024 and the petition enquiry is pending.

2. In view of the above submission made by him, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
