Challenge the criminal proceedings in Crime No.833 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Crime, K3 Aminjikarai Police Station, Chennai District, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case in crime No.833 of 2018, final report has been filed by the respondent police before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, which was taken on file in C.C.No.6340 of 2023.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
