This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing above revision against the order in C.A.No.13 of 2022 dated 21.8.2023 by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 30 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
