Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to order extension of time to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.OP.No.11424/2021 dated 02.07.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

M.SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 02.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11424 of 2021 to surrender and execute sureties.
