The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.12 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Jayankondam insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned counsel submitted that the Domestic Violence complaint itself disposed of by the trial Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
