ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, the petitioners made representation for issuance of Patta in respect of Survey No.339/12. However, earlier there was a direction from the second respondent to issue Patta only in respect of Survey No.339/14. Accordingly, the Patta was granted in favour of the petitioners.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. Granting, liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Civil Court for issuance of Patta related to Survey No.339/12, and the Civil Court is directed to decide the issue without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court.
