ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioners frequently at the instance of one Aachiammal and under the guise of investigation the respondents are harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Aachiammal has given complaint as against these petitioners and based on the said complaint the respondents called the petitioners for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioners have filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.
