This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR based on the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.355 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thittakkudi, Cuddalore District dated 24.02.2021 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.22 of 2022.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
