Contempt Petition No.2166 of 2023 pri 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.08.2020 made in W.P.No.32935 of 2013, the respondent conducted interview for the post of Village Assistant in Marakkanam Taluk and the petitioner participated in the interview for the post of Village Assistant in Marakkanam Taluk in Nadukuppam (E) village and meritorious candidate was selected, however, the petitioner was not selected.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
