This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the judgment dated 06.02.2025 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in C.A No.242 of 2019 confirming the judgment dated 7.11.2019 in STC No.442 of 2018 on the file of the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 21 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
