ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of a Memo dated 07.12.2023 bearing reference :L3/Cont.P.No.2106/2023/LAWI/TNSTC(CBE)/2023, wherein it has been stated that the respondent has paid 4% interest earlier and thereafter 2% subsequently on various dates.
