This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.10391 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 27.04.2022 has been complied with.
3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court dated 27.04.2022 within the stipulated time. Therefore, as per the said order of this Court, the petitioner is entitled to 6% interest whereas now the petitioner has been paid with only 4% interest.
4. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate 2 / 4
application before the concerned authority claiming remaining percentage of interest.
