ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 430, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.365 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the allegation against the petitioners that they along with some others trying to took the sand on 02.05.2019. The defacto complainant intercepted the vehicle at that time A1 was trying to dash the defacto complainant, but the defacto complainant escaped from the above incident and lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are A2 to A4, they admitted to kill the officials. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioners are A2 to A4, they admitted to kill the officials, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
