This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for transfer the case filed in FIR in Crime No.867 of 2016 from the hands of 3rd respondent, to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of police, (Crime Branch) Sastri Nagar, Chennai - 90, and accordingly, direct to alter the FIR including the sections 120(B), 406, 465 and 471 IPC and further investigate the matter under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Adayar, Chennai -20.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case, further action has been dropped and report has also been submitted accordingly before the IXth Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet on 13.07.2017 itself. There survives nothing in Crime No.867 of 2016.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
