C.M.P.No.16951 of 2022 in S.A.Sr.No.54960 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 962 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Respondent though served has not entered appearance.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners has given sufficient reasons as to why he was unable to file the appeal within time. It appears that he had met with a road accident and thereafter the pandemic was severe.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 962 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
