By consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate and necessary action against the respondents 3 to 9 herein under Section 83 of the Indian Registration Act, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court permits the petitioner to work out the remedy before the competent Civil court.
